Black Diamond Greatsword
black_greatswordA greatsword with a blade of black diamond as thick as two fingers and a superionic cell set in the guard. It is too heavy to swing quickly and too hard to break; it waits.|Windbearers say a wound remembers the blade that opened it. This one comes back to finish what it started.
Gear
Against one tough foe: the more it is wounded, the harder the blow.
The Wound Remembers. A blow at a foe with less than 40% of its health left cuts deeper: 4 more and a share of what it has lost, up to 20 in all.
- Mastery 2: reaches the half-wounded
- Mastery 3: cuts deeper
- Mastery 4: a kill readies it again
- Mastery 5: cleaves the wounded nearby
Forged at a workbench from two black diamond edges, a superionic cell for the guard, a black diamond and a grip. Rarely found by the diamond sluice of the Abyss Vault.
