Mobility: hook a block or a drifting body and be hauled to it.
Boarding. Throw the hook where you look, up to 24 blocks. It bites into a block, a drifting rock or a hull, and the winch hauls you to it; on a moving body you hang on the chain and fly with it for 3 s. A foe takes 5 and is yanked to you; a heavy one yanks you to it.
