Millstone
millstoneThe heart of the Belt Devourer is a disc of meteoric iron that never stopped turning. Set on a haft in the ring of its own jaw, it still grinds — and the stones it grinds roll out from under it like the boulders the worm spat at ships.|There are gaps in the belt — the Kirkwood gaps, swept by Jupiter. The peoples say they are its trails.
