Cap Croaker

A frog whose back grew into a mushroom long ago. It sits on the glowing threads and croaks; at night the turquoise pores of its cap light up, the spores of the Mycelium drift to the light, and the frog catches them with its tongue. Every croak shakes a pinch of new spores out of its gills.
