Frost Kite

A raptor of the ring-shadow that soars on wings of ring ice: three crystal blades to a wing, a forked crystal tail for a rudder. It circles the hexagon storm for days without a beat, and strikes only what strikes it; the hooked beak leaves frostbite, not blood.
