Gale Eel

A ribbon eel of the Neptunian gales, where the wind blows faster than anywhere else in the Solar System. It rides the jet streams on a crest of electric sail, steers with two long oar-fins, and the pale lines along its flanks are charged: brush against it, and the whole storm goes through you.
