Hypha Strangler

Not a beast but a web of hyphae that has stood up on legs. It lies spread out among the threads of the hollows, no different from them, until something that breathes walks by; then it rises on four stilts, closes its long fingers around the helmet and drinks the air out of the suit. The stolen air glows in a bladder inside its braided chest.
