Fluxsteel Gear

Fluxsteel tools cut like diamond and work faster in land full of flux; the armor speeds up a workshop's devices. The flux of the land you work in runs through the steel: a pickaxe, an axe, a shovel and a hoe go faster in a full chunk and drag in a dried-out one; a sword strikes quicker there too. They wear out sooner than diamond.

Fluxsteel armor is workshop wear: flux runs off it into the devices nearby, and a Reservoir, a Charging Basin and the rest take and give it faster. The steel conducts: walking, it gathers static — from half full sparks run over it; in the full armor crouch twice and the static leaps in arcs at the three nearest foes. Lightning strikes such armor harder, but fills the static at once.
