Two-Banks Soup raises Poise one rank for 8 minutes (Calm Heart): a Confluence you start is calmer — calm +2 and vortices 3% quieter, a starter's gift under the limit of gear gifts. Eat it before a strong Confluence.
This is a dish «at the table»: the rank holds while its effect lasts, and never above the fifth. Aptitude dishes do not stack — a new one replaces the last: choose what you are busy with today.

How to cook: a Rippleleaf, an Emberbell, cabbage and a potato in a Farmer's Delight cooking pot; it needs a bowl. In a Crucible Tide and Ember hiss and eat each other, but in a bowl they lie side by side without mixing — that is Poise.
