Quarry and Fell mine stone and timber for you. Quarry breaks the filtered blocks in the circle — layer by layer, from the top down; an empty filter breaks nothing, and storages and sigils are never touched. With a double outline — with silk touch: the block comes away whole.

Fell is for the retentive: the automaton fells trees in the circle (not log buildings — a tree has a living crown) and plants a sapling of the same tree in its place if it carries one. Saplings fall from the leaves — let a Gather pick them up.
