Minecart with Dredge

Put it on a rail with a pickaxe in its wheel: it crawls along, and where the rails end it digs on in the cut you choose, sifts ore out of the walls and lays rails from its box. A lens in the hub works as in the Dredge; a powered activator rail stops it.
