Fluxsteel Conduit

A Conduit that drinks from the whole neighborhood: a cast takes flux from the nine chunks around you, more from the fuller ones, so it strikes at full strength in a dry spot and does not scrape your own chunk to the bottom. Lenses, the wheel and cooldowns work as with the Conduit.
