Siphon Bus

Draws distillate from a holder into an ME network — where a siphon would draw: at the side or underneath (at a Crucible only at the side); over the mouth it stays silent. Ordinary AE2 buses do not carry currents. A current in its slot is a filter (set it with a vial); it takes no Murk — unless it has a Bleed Card.
