Snarl Core

Turns a Pike Pole into a Toothed Pike Pole at the Confluence (it takes off two and a half twists per blow); in the Crucible, a dense dose of Bind: 12 Bind, 4 Still and 2 Murk. A rare drop from a tightly twisted Snarl untangled with a Pike Pole; a taut one gives it more often.
