Stillness Clock Window

A picture window of the Stillness: build nine blocks in a 3 × 3 square in a wall and a clock appears — its hands stopped at five to six, the still hour, against the slate sky and the amber band of the Stillness. At night it glows faintly (light 3). A block on its own is frosted slate leading.
