Store Bus

An ME network sees a store — a vessel, a Gyre, an alembic — and draws from it and fills it as with a vial, from any side; priority and filter work as on an AE2 storage bus. With a Gauge Card it leaves the store everything below the mark — for the Heart, siphons and vials.
