Stream Wheel

Turns Create shafts with the flux of the land — no water, no wind: 16 RPM and up to 256 units of stress capacity while the chunk has free flux. Under load it drinks flux; at the very bottom of the bed it stirs up murk. Placed facing you, the shaft runs right through.
