Sump Cell

The only cell that holds Murk in an ME network: ordinary tally cells refuse it. Without it a Siphon Bus with a Bleed Card vents Murk from the holder into the land; with it the Murk gathers in the network, for Murk Flasks and Druses. Up to 32,512 parts of Murk.
