A Confluence Provider gives the Heart distillate from an ME network: set it within 12 blocks of the Heart, like a vessel, and run an AE2 cable with a channel to it — the Heart sees every current of the network in it and draws whatever it needs part by part. A ribbon the colour of each drawn part flows from the Provider's lens to the Heart.
A part leaves the network the moment it is drawn: a network without power or a channel leaves the Provider empty, and the Confluence waits as without a vessel. While the network lives, the beads of the abacus glow round in turn and the lens shines.
Made by Confluence: an AE2 Interface on the central Plinth; opaline, a speculum sheet, a Marked Tile and AE2 quartz glass on the side ones; Lattice 8 and Craft 4.
