Confluence Provider
The Confluence Heart draws distillate from an ME network: set the Provider within 12 blocks of the Heart and run an Applied Energistics 2 cable with a channel to it — the Heart sees every current of the network in it and draws whatever it needs, as from a vessel. It glows while the network lives.
