The Drip Tap

A Drip Tap fills vials on a Create belt or depot: set it under a vessel (or any holder a siphon draws from below), with the belt one empty block lower. A vial rides in under the tap, stands until it is full and rides on; a stack of vials is filled one at a time.

A Create shaft turns the tap's screw: at 16 RPM a vial takes 6.4 seconds, at 256 — a fraction of a second. The current is what the holder would give a siphon (from a Crucible — the fullest); a partly filled vial is topped up only with its own current. The tap never pours Murk. The parts are taken from the holder the moment the vial is done — the vial gets exactly what was taken.
