1

The Halo Meadow is a quiet, clean place for a home and a workshop. No monsters appear on it at night, phantoms do not swoop on whoever stands on it, no raider patrols walk it and no raids begin. The murk of its chunks burns away by itself — 0.1 a second, like five lumenash trees: a workshop never grows murky, and the mire, with nothing to live on, recedes.

2

The riverbed is 140, the highest in the overworld: a workshop's flux refills fastest of all. Lattice flows here by itself (elsewhere in the overworld only in snow), and the skeins of the meadow are born lucent. The deep caves under the meadow stay as they were — and so do their creatures.

3

What to gather. Pearlberries ripen only on the meadow: you can carry a bush away, but without the meadow it bears nothing. A berry is Halo for the Crucible and food with a short Regeneration. Ringhorns shed velvet from their antlers every 5–10 minutes, Lumen Larks drop feathers in flight: a herd and a flock nearby give them without end. The Ringbloom gives the Crucible Halo and Gleam.

4

The Halo Wreath is for whoever fuses a lot: worn by the one who starts a Confluence, it gives twin yield 4% (now and then what comes out comes out twice) and calm +4. It is fused on Goldspire with two velvets, two feathers, a Pearlberry and opaline.

5

What it is grown with: Shift, Halo and Gleam. Halo Lindens stand far apart, their leaves ring an empty middle, and the inner rim of the ring glows. The meadow sways with Goldspire, Ringblooms nod in the grass, warm motes rise above it; Ringhorns graze — don't provoke them — and Lumen Larks sing overhead.

6

Where the world's flux is clean and high, it does not hide in things. The Reckoners called such meadows quiet. The currents of the place are Halo, Gleam, Ward and Sense.
