The Loupe finds the Otherworld without the Third Eye. Otherworld stone, trees, leaves and iesnium ore that look like stone and oak flow with Soul and Gloom under the Loupe — plain stone and wood hold no Soul. Found one? Mine it with the Third Eye or in Otherworld Goggles, or it drops as plain stone.
To study this entry, read at least one such hidden block with the Loupe. The reading brings notes like any new one, and the Soul in it reveals itself.
