A stencil puts the rune of any current on a banner and a shield — the mark of your workshop. Fluxionists weave no banners of their own — they mark others'. Put the stencil in a loom beside a banner and a dye: any of the forty-two runes of the Wheel goes onto the cloth, and from a banner onto a shield. The stencil is not used up.
