Still Cast

A Still Cast carries a creature: frozen into a figurine in the hoop, it thaws wherever you set the cast. A hoop of still ingots and nuggets around a still grain. Put it to a creature and it stills with all it carries; set the cast on a block and the creature thaws as it was.

People, hosts and villagers the hoop does not take, nor someone else's pet; take the rider off first. What is stopped does not age and does not wait: it simply stands.
