A Still Tally Cell is for a network that holds the whole Wheel at once: 63 currents instead of 18 and over six million parts in one cell, and not a drop of power while idle. Use it when ordinary cells outnumber the slots of your drives.
Stillmetal remembers the Great Stop: what is reckoned in it stands like the Still Hour and needs no power to stand. It takes no Murk either — that belongs in a Sump Cell.
