A Tally Vessel is a holder for siphons whose distillate is the whole ME network: a siphon above pours into the network whatever flows to it (a Crucible drains into the network by itself), a siphon at its side or below draws from the network what waits down the line — the fullest of what is wanted; a branded vessel below calls its current straight from the network.
Run an AE2 cable with a channel to it: while it is in the network, the beads in the glass light up from bottom to top. A Confluence Heart does not draw from a Tally Vessel — by the altar you set a Confluence Provider.
