Confluence Steward
A Confluence on order from an AE2 terminal: a Pattern Provider beside it hands it the items of a pattern, it lays them on the plinths in an even ring, waits until the Heart has gathered its calm and starts the Confluence for whoever set it down; what is made goes into the network. Set it by the altar, within 8 blocks of the central plinth, with an AE2 cable.
