Eye of the Hour

Leads you to the lairs of the Order of the Still Hour: use it, and the Eye finds the nearest one and its needle points there. In the overworld it finds a Chapel of the Still or a Gauge Ring (the way into the Stillness); in the Stillness, the Bell Tower, the City of Midstep, the Clock Tower and the Founder's Hall. Sneak and use it to choose what it seeks. It sees about a thousand blocks around, in the Stillness twice as far.
