Floatbell

A living light for air and water (light 10): a bell of light with trailing tendrils drifts in its block. Place it anywhere — it needs no support and stays in water: a lamp for ponds and aquariums. Breaks at a touch. A drop from a distillate vial recolors it to any of the 42 currents.
