A small brass reliquary on a chain; through its window flux can be seen turning. It drinks from the land and gives to your things — but only near water or where the land is full of flux.
In the Codex
Entry Flux Locket — A Charging Basin you wear — but only by water. Study the Charging Basin and the Confluence.
