The Flux Locket charges your things on the move — Waders, the Charm, belts, the Grapnel — with no Charging Basin. It is a brass reliquary with flux turning behind its window: it drinks from the land, but only while you stand by water or in a chunk where flux is above its bed. In a dry, drained place the locket stays silent.
