Flux Ruling Pen

A Ruling Pen that never runs dry for good: it draws channels at the Reckoning Desk and circles on Flowstone like the plain pen, but refills with flux in a Charging Basin instead of ink. With it in your inventory, Hour Marks are written without a sheet of paper. Ninety-six divisions, one flux each; a mark costs a division.
