Hoarfrost Armor Trim
Puts the Hoarfrost pattern on any armor at a smithing table: frost ferns on the chest, a snowflake on the crown, rims of ice with icicles on the shoulders, knees and boots, in the color of the ingot or crystal you add. Found in the treasury of the City of Midstep; a Flux Workbench copies it.
