Spoiler: this describes a guardian and its moves.

A Confluence remakes Vowkeeper plate into the Prior's armor and a stillmetal sword into the Prior's Blade; in a Restart Sluice it opens a thaw patch, and after the Restart it goes into the Crown of the Wheel.

The wax seal the Prior wore on his lips. The Hour stamped in it is still warm, as if time had stopped right inside the wax. Set into a Vowkeeper's plate, it makes the Prior's armor.
