Spoke Armor Trim
Puts the Spoke pattern on any armor at a smithing table: the Wheel of Currents on the chest and back, a rim with tally notches around the head, shoulders and waist, in the color of the ingot or crystal you add. Found in the vaults of the Meanders; a Flux Workbench copies it.
