Tuning Pegs
Let you switch a thing's weavings and enchantments off and on: Silk Touch and Fortune on one pickaxe, Vein only when you want it. On a crafting table, lay the pegs beside a thing that holds a weaving, then click its pegs in the thing's details window. What is off does nothing until you turn it back on.
