Watch of the Unmoving

Spoiler: this is about the finale — the Restart and what comes after it.

Right-click: time stops within 8 blocks for 4 seconds. Creatures, arrows and falling blocks stand; blows on the stilled fall all at once when time goes on. Masters only slow down. It winds itself for two minutes from the flux where you stand. Each stop costs Ripple 3.
