The Watch of the Unmoving stops time around you — for eight blocks and four seconds: blows on what is frozen build up and land all at once. The Order dreamed of carrying the still moment with them; a heart that was never started is that very moment: set it into a watch in place of the works, and the lid, clicking, stops time.
Still
TempoInside the sphere creatures, arrows, falling blocks and items stand; blows on the stilled do not land, they gather and fall all at once when time goes on. Masters only slow down, and the Unmoving himself is not touched: this is his time. Then the watch winds for two minutes from the flux where you stand; in the frozen Stillness it does not wind. Each stop costs Ripple 3.
