Wheel Mattock

A Hubstone that was never broken into spokes. The Reckoners measured flux with knots of six currents; one of them chose not to measure but bound such a knot in brass and set it turning on an ash haft. Whichever spoke looks forward, that current does the digging — the Tide washes the ore, the Strata takes the face, the Fray unravels the vein, the Ember melts what falls, the Gale opens a passage, the Lattice keeps a thing whole.|It drinks the flux of the place it digs, and in a full chunk it mends itself while it rests in your inventory.
