The Belt Reliquary carries flux to where there is none. Wear it on your belt: in a chunk at three quarters of its riverbed or more it takes flux from the ground by itself — one unit every two seconds, up to 64. Where the chunk is dry, the Conduit and the Flux Workbench take what they lack from the reliquary — a full cast, no murk, as from a skein. In a rich chunk it is left alone: it is a store for dry places. In the Stillness the reliquary stills — there only the Still Conduit works.
It is drawn by a Confluence from the Tollfarmer's Reliquary, the trophy of the Toll Barrage guardian: a Buckled Belt, two Toll Reliquaries, a Toll Charter, Fluxsteel Wire and leather around it, with the currents of Drift, Want and Alloy. There is one belt slot: the reliquary is a choice against the other belts. A Charging Basin and a Flux Locket fill it too.
