The Foliot Dipper carries distillate between two holders without siphons or pipes: the foliot scoops from the vessel the dipper stands on and every 8 seconds flies to its pair with up to 4 units of the current the target takes, 30 units a minute. Set the pair before placing: sneak and use the dipper on the target vessel, then place it on the source vessel.
The target must be within 16 blocks, in the same world and in loaded land. A branded vessel takes only its own current. A broken dipper forgets its pair. The Loupe line tells what is wrong.
An Occultism ritual on the Eziveus' Spectral Compulsion pentacle: the Book of Binding: Foliot (Bound) in the Golden Ritual Bowl, and in the Sacrificial Bowls around it — a Siphon, a Vial, a Speculum Band and Otherworld Opaline. The recipe viewer shows the ritual next to Occultism's own.
