Flowstone is the fluxionist's building stone: circles of currents are drawn on its slab, and the Flux Forge and other structures are laid from its bricks. Lay a shard of any primal current among eight stones and the stone wakes, thin veins of current running through it. The shard does not multiply, it wakes: eight stones make eight blocks.
Flowstone is laid as bricks, slabs and stairs. A circle of currents is drawn with a ruling pen on the top of its slab.
Willow yields to the chisel: a rune of one of the four Springs is carved on a panel. Iron-bound willow keeps one binding for a whole wall — the iron strap runs only along the outer edge. Opaline is cut on a stonecutter.
Lumenash boards are dressed in a speculum casing. Over time the bronze darkens with patina, like copper: honeycomb stops it, an axe scrapes a stage away. Opaline is cut on a stonecutter into a beveled frame.
