Reckoner plinths and columns make an altar calmer and thriftier: their streams run more evenly, and less distillate is spent. The Reckoners measured the Confluence too. The stream from a plinth of their stone runs to the Heart a quarter calmer than usual: the measuring frame above the bowl holds the thing like a gauge.

Reckoner Columns gather the flux with care: set all four, and every Confluence takes a tenth less distillate. With reach stones the savings add up. Mixed columns count as ordinary ones.
