A Restart Heart gives a workshop that cannot run dry: wherever it stands outside the Stillness, the 5×5 chunks keep a riverbed of at least 120, and what you drink refills three times faster. A started heart beats once a second, and the land around flows like spring.
Cleanliness is the condition. Murk in its chunk above a third of the riverbed makes the heart stumble, and the land around goes back to its own riverbed until the murk falls below a sixth. Two hearts closer than four chunks do not beat together: the later one keeps silent. A comparator by the heart catches every beat, a clock for redstone.
