A shape is not what a strike does but how it lands: a fan into a crowd, a wall across a passage, through a rank, a ricochet round a corner, a chain from foe to foe. A shape mark goes on a channel — every mouth downstream takes it. Spray is a fan of 3 or 5 rays, or even a ring of eight strikes around you. Ridge is three strikes side by side across your gaze.

Range raises the carrier a level: the Jet reaches further, Mist and Pool spread wider, the Droplet flies faster. A Rosary repeats the strike ×2, ×3, ×4 — a burst without a ring on the board. Ricochet bounces the Jet off a block once or twice. Pierce carries the Jet through its target into 1–3 more behind. Leap takes the action down a chain of targets — kind ones to friends.

Numbers: a Ridge is 2 facets, each strike ×0.55; a Spray ring — ×0.35 a strike, only the Jet, Palm and Droplet; Ricochet and Pierce — only the Jet, ×0.8 and ×0.7; Leap — ×0.7 a link; a Rosary — a quarter second between strikes, counted in the repeats of the blank. Patterns: «Fire Ridge», «Burst Ring», «Ricochet», «Rosary», «Piercer», «Frost Chain».
