A Wellspring pours flux back into the land: set it in a dry place or by a drained workshop, and the Flux Workbench, the Conduit, Confluence and the devices around it work at full strength again. Feed it Halo distillate from a siphon above: one part of Halo is four flux in the chunk. The land fills up to one and a half beds, and the surplus flows to the neighbors — a Wellspring waters the whole neighborhood, not just one chunk.
A Wellspring cannot hoard flux: above one and a half beds it waits until the land gives the surplus to its neighbors. Crystal nests grow by a Wellspring — on the flux above the bed. A Wellspring makes no murk: it is a stone basin, and its surface glows from within while the spring runs.
