The Crown of the Wheel will not be stopped: slowness, fatigue, the Numb Hand, Under the Bell, the circles of Halt Stones and another's Watch of the Unmoving slide off it; it is also the strongest boon to a Confluence and a view of the world's flux. It is a thin circlet with six spokes: whoever wears it holds the Wheel. Only the masters of the Order break through the Crown by half: their stop holds half as long.
The Crown is the strongest gift to a Confluence of all the gear: more calm, calming every second, lighter eddies, less distillate. It is made first: the other finale artifacts are great Confluences. In its set it counts as the Stillweave Hood.
With the Gaze key the wearer sees the flow of the world: streams run along the ground from a full chunk to an empty one in the colors of the local currents, murk hangs as a dark haze, Skeins and Snarls shine as marks through walls, and whatever you look at shows its currents at once. A pale wheel turns above the gazer's head, and others see it too. Reading is still the Loupe's work.
