Restart Heart

Spoiler: this is about the finale — the Restart and what comes after it.

A workshop that cannot run dry: set the heart down outside the Stillness, and the 5×5 chunks around it keep a riverbed of at least 120 and refill three times faster. Murk above a third of the riverbed makes it stumble.
