Rill Armor Trim
Puts the Rill pattern on any armor at a smithing table: streams of a current run from a spring on the crown down the chest, waves ring the shoulders and ankles, in the color of the ingot or crystal you add. Found in Reckoner Locks; a Flux Workbench copies it.
